Be the friendly first point of contact for homeowners booking eco-friendly heating and cooling service.
Employment: full-time Location: Rosedale, MD (office) Department: Customer Care
Answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and coordinate with our technicians in the field. If you love organizing chaos and making people's day a little easier, this is your role.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service experience (home services, trades, or call center a plus)Strong phone, email, and computer skillsGreat attitude and attention to detail
