Our preventative maintenance agreement keeps your heating and cooling system clean, adjusted, and running at peak operation. Membership is priced by system type:

Members get up to two maintenance visits a year, 15% off parts and labor, priority scheduling, digital inspection reports, and a $100 annual system replacement credit.
Multi-system discount: enrol two or more qualifying HVAC systems in the same building at the same time and each is 10% off membership pricing. A “system” is the equipment that operates together through shared ductwork or piping. A furnace and central AC sharing ductwork count as one system; a central AC with its own air handler plus a separate boiler on its own piping count as two.
Qualifying repairs carry a warranty for the expected service life of the replaced part, for as long as the maintenance membership remains active. If the membership lapses, that warranty is void.
After-hours calls are still billed at the applicable service-call and after-hours labor rates, with the membership discount applied to qualifying charges.
